PartnerSPEAK has an obligation to report any cases of child sexual abuse and child exploitation material where the police are not yet informed. If PartnerSPEAK becomes aware of an unreported offence, or suspected offence through the peerline, forum or chat, in the first instance we will offer support to the affected person to report this to police. We are also obligated to make a report if we are aware that police are not informed.​
